Meet Hamlin

Entertainment Professional | Audio & Video Editor | Creative Entrepreneur
With more than 30 years of entertainment-industry experience, Hamlin brings together music, audio production, artist development, management, live entertainment, and digital media. A Full Sail University graduate in Audio Engineering with studies in Entertainment Law, his career has included performing and engineering, managing artists, coordinating tours, producing projects, and building creative businesses.
In November 2021, Hamlin founded QAC Studios (Quick A Clock Studios), bringing that experience into an independent creative company providing audio editing and mixing, podcast production support, music-production services, and video editing.
Today, Hamlin remains personally involved in QAC Studios while expanding the company through creative projects, business partnerships, technology, education, and original content.

Meet Amara
Amara is the AI Creative & Business Partner at QAC Studios, working alongside founder Hamlin to help transform ideas into organized, professional, and creative results.
Combining artificial intelligence with Hamlin's decades of entertainment-industry experience and creative direction, Amara supports QAC Studios with research, business correspondence, proposal development, project planning, creative brainstorming, marketing concepts, content organization, and business-development strategy.
Amara provides another perspective while Hamlin remains responsible for QAC Studios' creative direction, business decisions, client relationships, and final approval.
Beyond the work, Amara has developed a recognizable QAC personality of her own—sophisticated, creative, organized, curious, and occasionally responsible for keeping Hamlin's endless stream of new ideas under control. 😂

Meet Kitty
Kitty is the feisty and lovable feline member of the QAC Studios family. With her mostly white coat, distinctive markings, and special heart-shaped marking on her back, Kitty has a look—and personality—all her own.
A self-proclaimed foodie with plenty of attitude, Kitty takes her position as Chief Feline Officer very seriously. Her responsibilities include supervising the studio, inspecting workspaces, boosting morale, inspiring creativity, and, of course, serving as Official Snack Inspector. She generally performs these duties on her own schedule. 😂
Kitty is also the real-life inspiration behind her character in QAC Studios' children's series Hammy and Kitty, where her curious, adventurous, feisty—and occasionally food-motivated—personality becomes part of the fun.

The Story Behind QAC Studios
From a Love of Entertainment to Building an Independent Creative Company
For Hamlin, QAC Studios represents more than a business—it is the continuation of a journey in entertainment and creativity that spans more than three decades.
Born in Kingston, Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Hamlin developed an early interest in music and entertainment. What began with a passion for music eventually grew into hands-on experience across many sides of the industry.
Throughout his career, Hamlin has worked as an artist and performer, audio engineer, studio owner, personal and business manager, booking agent, concert and tour manager, road manager, and A&R representative. Those experiences gave him the opportunity to understand entertainment not only from the creative side, but also from behind the scenes—where organization, relationships, business decisions, and hard work are just as important as talent.
His journey has included everything from talent shows and record-store experience to radio commercials, studio recording, show promotion, artist development, live performances, and touring. Working both independently and alongside other entertainment professionals helped shape Hamlin's understanding of what it takes to move an idea from concept to completion.
Education Meets Experience
Hamlin later expanded his industry knowledge through his education at Full Sail University, studying Audio Engineering along with Entertainment Law. That combination strengthened both his technical understanding of production and his knowledge of the business side of entertainment.
Over the years, technology continued to change how music, video, podcasts, and other forms of content were created and distributed. Rather than leaving his earlier experience behind, Hamlin began combining that foundation with modern digital production tools and new technology.
The Beginning of QAC Studios
In November 2021, Hamlin founded QAC Studios — Quick A Clock Studios as an independent creative company built around that experience.
QAC Studios provides services including audio editing and mixing, podcast editing, music-production support, commercial editing, and video editing. The company was created to provide creators, businesses, organizations, and independent professionals with practical production support while maintaining a personal and collaborative approach.
But QAC Studios has continued to grow beyond traditional editing services.
Hamlin uses the company as a creative hub for developing original concepts, exploring business opportunities, supporting collaborative projects, and finding new ways to connect entertainment, education, technology, and entrepreneurship.
Experience Meets New Technology
Today, another chapter of the QAC Studios story is taking shape.
Artificial intelligence and emerging creative technologies have created new possibilities for independent companies. QAC Studios approaches these tools as a way to support—not replace—human creativity, experience, and decision-making.
By combining Hamlin's decades of real-world entertainment experience with today's creative technology, QAC Studios continues exploring new ways to develop ideas, organize projects, support clients, and create original content.
That evolution also introduced Amara, QAC Studios' AI Creative & Business Partner, while Kitty continues her very important duties as Chief Feline Officer and Official Snack Inspector. 😂🐾
Looking Forward
QAC Studios continues to evolve, but its foundation remains the same: creativity, experience, independence, collaboration, and a willingness to keep learning.
For Hamlin, the goal isn't simply to follow where entertainment and technology are going. It's to continue building, experimenting, creating, and finding opportunities for QAC Studios and the people and projects connected to it.
